Exchange and Retun Policy
We accept returns on orders shipped within the US and Canada within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
We want you to love Dolly Varden gear as much as we love making it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you r purchase, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US and Canada within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. To exchange an item, follow the return process

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Dolly Varden cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
Dolly Varden will not credit customs and duties paid previously, this must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdictions.

It can take up to 45 business days during peak times to process returns without an invoice or receipt.
